My husband, Jim, our daughter, Jennifer, and I came to Alameda 37 years ago because we loved the small town quality of the city.  That is also why I enjoy selling real estate here.  I think its a great place to live and I love introducing people to Alameda.  I am a native Californian who was raised in the Bay Area and loves living in the East Bay.

My Goal:   In my 20 plus years as a Realtor my goal has always been to provide the best possible service to my clients.  I want to help people buy and sell real estate in Alameda, Oakland, San Leandro, San Lorenzo, Castro Valley and Hayward.   I promise to help make your real estate experience a smooth process to help you obtain your real estate goals.

My Commitment:  Real estate is a very competitive business and to be successful, an agent must provide great service, be accessible at a moments notice, have a comprehensive knowledge of the market and be able to interpret and explain clearly the technical aspects of any sales transaction.  I work hard to weave all these elements into the service I provide but I feel my most important job is to remain in constant communication with my clients.  Whether called upon to soothe buyers and sellers anxieties or to answer questions, I return my calls promptly.

I Am Hardworking:  The key to success in real estate is not unlike other disciplines -- A strong work ethic and a passion for learning something new every day. Ive invested a great deal of time and effort in specialized training, earning advanced designations and staying active in associations. For me to add value to a transaction, I feel I must be knowledgeable and competent in all areas of my profession.

My Community Involvement:  I consider involvement in community activities to be very important and I have been active in the past with such groups as the Alameda Welfare Council, The League of Women Voters and the Park Street Business Association as a Board Member.  Additionally, for 11 years I was a docent with the Oakland Museum Natural Science Department with five of those years devoted to double duty as a science docent and as a sign language docent presenting museum tours for the hearing impaired.

Here is a list of my advanced designations and business associations.
